Detailed report

 

Pace HSE Gas inspections take approximately 2.5 to 3 hours to complete, and you will receive a detailed, full colour inspection report the following day.

Boiler Sevices

 

The servicing - of your boilers should be undertaken at least once a year to :

 

  • Maximise Efficiency 
  • Prevent Split Boilers
  • Gas Safety Certificates
  • Safety Inspections
  • Comply with C02 Levels

 

Whether it be in a Residential, Commercial or Industrial building. Gas appliances need regular servicing to ensure your safety, that the appliance is operating efficiently and as a requirement of Gas regulations; which recommend a regular schedule of maintenance is carried out. Manufacturers also recommend annual servicing and often forms part of their guarantee.Just as you would service your car and MOT, gas appliances should also be serviced.Businesses and Landlords are required by LAW to provides a gas safety certificate for insurance purposes.The servicing of your boilers should be undertaken at least once a year to ensure that your heating and water requirements are at their optimum levels, providing maximum efficiency. On completion of our visit we will issue you with a full and comprehensive service report, broken into four main sections:

 

  • Preliminary checks
  • Service checks
  • Service operations
  • Health and safety issues

What will our engineers do during the service?

 

  • Gas/Oil pressure check to ensure the boiler is operating at the correct gas pressure
  • A flue test to ensure there are no unsafe emissions from your boiler
  • A full combustion test to ensure you boiler is outputting the legal ammount of C02 Levels
  • Inspect your boiler and controls to make sure they are operating safely
  • Leave a checklist with you with information about the boiler, its installation and the environmental conditions yourinstallation is situated within
  • Visually inspect the boiler to check for corrosion and leaksCheck the Pipework to make sure there are no leaks.
  • Any remedial work is needed permission to act will be sought before any work commences.
